Paul’s first vision of Christ on the road to Damascus changed him completely.
Acts 22:6 NKJV
“Now it happened, as I journeyed and came near Damascus at about noon, suddenly a great light from heaven shone around me.”
Paul had been obsessed with destroying Christianity.

Paul chased Believers even into foreign lands.
Acts 26:11 NKJV
“And I punished them often in every synagogue and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities.”
After his conversion, Paul’s new life in Christ began with four things.
•First, Paul sought to know God’s will.
Acts 9:6a NKJV
“So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?”
Second, Paul was obedient to Christ’s command and went into the city.
Acts 9:8b NKJV
“..,But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.”
Third, Paul began his Christian life with fasting and prayer.
Acts 9:9 NKJV
“And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.”
Jesus told Ananias that Paul was praying.
Acts 9:11b NKJV
“…and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying.”
Fourth, Paul began seeing visions.
Acts 9:12 NKJV
“And in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight.”
