Ampiah-Kwofi World Outreach The Ampiah-Kwofi World Outreach (AKWO) is a non-denominational missions organisation that is dedicated to evangelism as well as training Ministers of the gospel to be effective and impactful stewards. It was founded in April 1996 by Rev. Robert Ampiah-Kwofi, Africa has a population of nearly one billion people and of this 76% are under the age 31 – we have a very young continent with great need for the gospel.
The focus of the Ampiah-Kwofi World Outreach is to impact the nations of our world with Gospel as well as train Ministers of the gospel to be effective and equipped in the word so as to transform their Ministry.
Over the past few years, God has really blessed His work through AKWO and has increased the fruits of the ministry. Currently AKWO is working/partnering in several countries with a combined total of nearly 50 staff that are helping to grow the work.
The Ampiah-Kwofi Outreach (AKWO) embarks on extensive humanitarian works which comprises donations to orphanage homes, health screening, and monthly feeding of inmates at the prisons among others.
We are currently planning crusades in 4 cities in Ghana, as well as 3 international crusades. God has opened for us a very great door into Congo DR. French speaking countries in our sub region such as Burkina Faso and Benin have been calling for the AKWO to come and hold crusades and equip the ministers and leaders for the ministry. It is very important for us to respond quickly because we know that the windows of opportunity to preach are opened by God to transform lives.
